Luckily Athens dodged a bullet when they dismissed Libeskind's vulgar design for the museum. His Denver Museum leaked for three years and his museum in Toronto was voted the Worst Building of the Decade by the Washington Post architecture critic. This pretentious architect / clown would not only have dissed the Elgin marbles but would have left a bleak scar on the face of Athens had he been given the chance to build.
