New Acropolis Museum architect Bernard Tschumi to speak at University of Geneva

Bernard Tschumi, the architect who designed the New Acropolis Museum will be a keynote speaker at the annual Latsis University Prizes Ceremony at the University of Geneva.

He is giving this talk at 18:00 on Monday 5th October.

    As a Greek citizen I have to support the existence of the new Acropolis Museum. However, I am deeply disappointed -and I am no the only one, because Mr Tschumi ignored the climax and the “curves” of the Parthenon Temple which represented basic principles of Greek philosophy. The new Acropolis Museum, unfortunately for us, the Greek people, is an eye-sore which offends the Holy Rock. It works rather as a “hybris”…
